Share your favourite cook book ideas or grandma’s recipe. Tell us the secret ingredient in your homemade chicken curry and your favourite drink to go with it.

Tonight I had takeaway goat curry because I couldn’t be arsed to cook. And it was lovely.

I made leek and potato soup. It's the only dish known to man where it's entirely acceptable to combine about a pound of butter with a carton of whipping cream and still pretend it's an actual foodstuff.

I'm 5'10", 145 lbs, and I can admit to eating these things, suckers.

Just back so mainly ate what was in my suitcase....Lindt chocolate, a mislaid apple and some mints. Thought I should have some goodness....so followed up with beans on toast.

Might need to do some shopping.

A message from my Jamaican wife:

“IT’S CURRIED GOAT, NOT GOAT CURRY!!!!!”

Sorry, that’s what she says to me Everytime! My favourite dish in the world though and I cook a mean one! Me, not the wife.

Cooked my meals for the week yesterday but have now realised that I have ****ed them up and put too much scorpion pepper hot sauce in so the taste is ruined. Pretty annoying

Might get some stewing steak and do a casserole later, with spuds, carrots, onions, leeks, tinned tomatoes and barley. Bouquet Garni or similar, loads of black pepper, added throughout the cooking.

    Serve with crusty bread.
