And cellino used to be laughed at for sacking three coaches a year. What we’ve give now for a stable owner like him. On second thoughts and reading this maybe not

When Radz announced “white smoke” a few days after sacking Jesse, I wonder if he’d have kept him on if he’d realised none of our hit list wanted to join.

It has been a shambles hasn’t it, but when you break it down you can understand why we’ve had 4. It still all stems back to replacing Bielsa with a coach who couldn’t coach the players we already had

It does stem back to there and a board clueless about what they were doing. That’s why the remains of that board need to go Monday morning

Not wishing to rake over old ground, but that season bielsa had been unable to coach them too. We had a small squad, a number of ongoing long term injuries… and we were selling our two star players. Whoever came in, there was going to be an influx of new players. There’d certainly have been less of a Salzburg old boys flavour to some of them, under a different coach.

Bielsa squads were all about getting the blend and mix correct, just one player not performing and it stopped the big wheel turning. We were ravished by injuries and that was definitely overlooked. With 4 games to go when we appointed Sam, who wouldn't have swapped him with the chance to have Bielsa back, or who wouldn't have had him back instead of Gracia

I know I was one of those saying Bielsa's time at Leeds was up but we shouldn't have went for Jesse, he was awful beyond belief, my gripe wasn't replacing Bielsa, it was who we replaced him with. You look at the team that took to the field against West Ham and Newcastle and both times 7 of those starting were Bielsa players. Jesse simply lacks coaching ability and to replace Bielsa with a coach who wanted or needed to bring in 8-9 new players of his own choice, it was the beginning of the end
