that looks so much like one of my pieces of ****, only with a better camera. But we both know, they taste good.

 

I've been adding sweet chilli sauce to this kind of dish for a while but really didn't fancy it tonight and it's so much better without.

 

just hoy in some mixed spice or 5 spice, it doesn't always have to taste of chilli.

you should have a go at a massaman curry, nice and light.

Or even better this, i prefer it with squid.

Yeah I did add 5 spice. I've made massaman before, very nice.

 

The boss made chicken shashlik, some slimming recipe, would be better with thighs chicken thigh and done on bbq.
