Awesome mate right up my street that. Unfortunately when I was based in Saudi I was served up the biggest lobster tails you've ever seen once a week for 6 months, kinda ruined lobster for me as I'm not ever getting that size for a price in willing to pay.
Yeah it was lovely. Matey couldn’t sell his one clawed lobster, so we did a little swap. He chucked in some oysters and mussels too. A nice big sourdough loaf from another trader and that was supper sorted know what you mean about the lobster tails. I used to go to this place in Portugal where they served the biggest prawns you’d ever seen. I kid you not these ****ers were 6-7inches long. Served up in a clay bowl with piri piri sauce. Washed down with ice cold beer. You ain’t replicating that in the UK
Cook until it's kinda claggy and dry, add 100ml milk and stir, add a handful of grated parmesan and stir, wait 5 mins off the heat and serve. Then thank luv.
Lobster is expensive, apart from when it's free Generally I wouldn't buy it, I'd rather spend the money on a nice big crab. My missus doesn't like raw Oysters, so I baked these. But I love em raw with a dash of Tabasco sauce.
Yeah just whack them in a hot oven for 10-15 mins until the shells open. Splash of hot sauce on the top
