1st ever lasagne here lads featuring no white sauce.. cos i think it's nasty. Carrots onion bacon (guide said pork mince but i decided bacons gonna be better) and garlic.. All diced Other seasonings used Fried the mix and added beef mince and stock and seasonings and canned toms after Sim simmered dat for about 30/40mins and layered the dish ting generously Then the other layers....in this order Mature cheddar, half a block
Ffs cba doing rest of pics.. After that was a layer of mozzarella >Pasta>sauce>Pasta>sauce>pasta>Mozzarella cheddar and slices sun dried toms. Pic before it went in oven
Is that carrot in what is basically a bolognese sauce Thought you didn't put that manky stuff in bro?
I'm not a big fan of it myself but use a layer next time it'll add moisture and flavour. You don't need a lot or it'll come out like a supermarket lasagne. I love homemade lasagne but the best recipie you'll ever have is the one you've worked on and that you love.
Looks really nice but you do need some white sauce in a lasagne. Not sure about the green peppers either?
