It's bonkers outside.

Not the normal prevailing wind for us either, slightly more northerly.

At least know all the bastard leaves are off the trees so the next leaf sweep is that last.

Okay here at the moment. Probably get worse later.

 

Porridge over banana drizzled with manuka, topped with blueberries and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
Yorkshire tea.
Nice.

 

Bit of chocolate protein powder mixed in with the porridge goes down a treat. Gives it a sort of cakey consistency.

 

Goulash.

 

Curry from a pre made paste, plain rice and a quick pickle.

 

Having takeaway. Kebab.
