    Chicken Tikka or chicken Tikka massalla?

    Original chicken Tikka massalla isn't/wasn't sweet. They just made it sweet for the English palate in the early days. Now going back to proper

    Not too dissimilar to tandoori chicken.

    It's roasted chicken in a coating of mixed spices etc.

    Both 'dry' dishes, think the name comes from how cooked as much as anything.

    Home made Lamb casserole, with swede, leek, carrots and shredded broccoli..Oh and homemade proper suet and slight sage dumplings on top..

    Made it over the weekend with 3 portions frozen.. Diced lamb is expensive like but well worth the money if you go 2kg+

    Some of my concoctions are a bit extreme, some are just aweful....Mind i have several methods of making rustler burgers edible. They mostly consist of melted cheese and various dodgy foreign type meats
