If you find you that there are too many demands on your tiime to be a proper supporter you could always become a Sunderland supporter or Fan Lite. You can even go to the game and be home by 345pm, although best to time your departure for about 40mins, when the rush has died down.
We saw the astonishing support from people who obviously had previous appointments , doctors, chemo treatment etc but determined to support their team in whatever small way they could, they do indeed make pseudo supporters from neighbouring clubs look frail by comparison I did see another wheel come loose on the Newcastle bid for promotion before it was secured by a piece of string
Wrong, wrong, wrong. Absolute amateur. At Sunderland you can't have any hard and set rules and need to use experience and intuition which comes from years of leaving early to time when to leave. For example, today the time to leave was on 30 minutes which then missed the 35th minute rush. But in contrast against Arsenal in November the time to leave would have been on 70 minutes. It takes years to learn this skill and isn't something that just anyone can acquire. It comes from years of cheesy chips and watching your "dad" do the same before you can claim to have acquired the "knowledge". Sorry to pull you up on this one but the ability cannot and should not be undermined by little quips and laughs at the expense of those fans who have gone through so much to acquire it.
We didn't actually win the European Cup, it was the Inter Cities Fairs Cup which was the predecessor of the EUFA Cup (which in 1999 merged with the EUFA Cup Winners Cup to form the Europa League). As an aside, I'm sure you've heard of the Cup Winners Cup as in 1973/74, sunderland enjoyed their one and only brief (4 match) foray into European competition. The European Cup was, at the time, only competed for by those clubs who had won their respective national league before bring rebranded the Champions League in 92/93 season (when, ironically, sides who weren't champions were allowed to take part). Just wanted to clear that up...
Love the way Albert always speaks his thoughts regardless, he does not know the meaning of fear Then again I suppose Albert does not know the meaning of a lot of words
