Havertz in midfield again <doh>? Trossard on the wing? Honestly, what’s the point of having a bench if he’s just going to reuse the same players all the time?

Tomiyasu played one game and is now absent because of a knock <laugh>. And we gave this guy a new deal lol.

It’s absolutely insane that with Spurs and Chelsea on the horizon, he still won’t turn to other players like Vieira, Partey, ESR etc.

    We’re going to be knackered.

    HT. 0-1.

Moment of magic from Trossard to have us 1-0 up going into HT.

I think we’ve been the better side, but it’s been a bit boring at times. Just feel like our attacking patterns are a bit too predictable and we’re delaying taking a shot too much.

Saying this, Raya had to make a huge save onto the post to stop Wolves breaking the deadlock. Outside of that, we’ve defended reasonably well. Kiwior’s had some shaky moments but would we expect any less considering his lack of game time in recent weeks?

Huge second half coming up. In our last 3 games, we’ve seen some really lethargic and sloppy performances in the second half. We’re in a weird situation though because although we have a bench of ‘fit’ players, they’ve had no opportunity to allow them to build some rhythm and adapt to game states quickly, so they’ll likely be rusty if they come on.

Saka and Odegaard looked exhausted toward the end of the half, but I doubt they’re going to get taken off.

64 mins gone, this has been a much improved second half compared to previous games, but I am concerned that if we don’t score a 2nd from the chances we’re creating, it will cost us 3 points.

2-0. Odegaard. Nice way to kill off the game. We managed the game situations well and should have scored well before the 95th minute, but we’ve been mature and very composed in and out of possession. Wolves have barely had a sniff all match. A superbly controlled away performance.

    FT. 0-2.

Huge win after a very difficult week where we lost to Villa & got KO'd from the CL.

I was worried about a hangover from the taxing week we've had, but it was a mature, professional performance from Arsenal.

Back to the top of the league we go (for now) <diva>

We need to make sure this doesn’t happen next season. I’m fairly sure these players are running on fumes. Look at these minutes played compared to City or Liverpool’s players. It’s striking.

    Evening, Brunel.

Just thought I'd pop in and give you some company on this thread.

    Felt sorry for you.

    Very quiet in here.

    Bit like the Emirates.

It's nice that you like the Emirates

Anyway, we've been doing our best to make sure Villa finish above you and that 5th place doesn't get CL <laugh>
