Have just seen Squawka do this and thought it might be interesting + distract us from Sterling/this season still existing. Don't care if they're flops or have just been plain awful... but they should be players who have been awful this season - not players who are just generally ****e. I'd go for a 4-3-3: ----------------Lovren Lovren-----Lovren (c)------Lovren-----Lovren -----------Lovren-------Lovren -----------------Lovren ---Lovren------Lovren-------Lovren Well, actually... --------------------Szczesny Johnson------Lovren (c)------Williamson-----Konchesky ----------------------Barry ----------Larsson--------------McGeady ---------------------Ramirez --------------Soldado----Riviere Bench: Krul, Coloccini, Anita, Traore, Huddlestone, Cuadrado, Vardy Manager: John Carver (sorry)
You forgot Howard, Stones, Jagielka, Alcaraz, Baines, Barkley, Besic, Atsu, Kone, Lukaku, Valdes, Rafael, Shaw, Jones, Rojo, Smalling, McNair, Blackett, Di Maria, Januzaj, Falcao, van Persie
??? Johnson - Lovren - Toure - ??? ??? - ??? - ??? Borini - Balotelli - Lambert Not far off being able to do a complete Liverpool XI lol
Mannone Johnson Lovren Evans Shaw Di Maria Paulinho Barkley Cuadrado Balotelli Falcao Mines a few shockers (mannone, Johnson, Evans) combined with massive flops who should have done much better.
Really could put the entire Newcastle side in... Think they were the worst side I've seen at Anfield this season apart from us Maybe a bit harsh to put Vardy in considering he tries hard and scored vs United but every time I watch him he looks genuinely awful.
How about a Liverpool XI that would struggle in the conference. Jones Manquillo Coates Lovren Johnson Markovic Allen Lucas Borini Lambert Aspas 4-3-3 Valued over 50m and I'm would struggle in the conference ffs
Vardy thas just been called up to the England team? striker thas scored 4 goals called up, bit of a joke even if he's been ok
I couldn't believe it... He's a **** finisher, **** touch, dives... but runs around a lot. Nice one Roy.
I would struggle to think of a worse front three than Borini, Lambert and Balotelli. Maybe swap one for Kone
Swap Di Maria (done more than any Liverpool player this year by a distance) for Sterling and Shaw for Moreno (truly awful player) and you're on to a winner (or loser as is more apt.)
Vardy You clearly haven't watched him much have you? Might not have scored many but he brings a lot of goals to the team and causes countless problems for opposition defenders with his pace and work rate.
i think you are all too down on lfc dead wood... the fatc is clubs paid a hige amount for players who have been utterly tosh. shaw and dimaria should be in any set up. 60mil and 27mil for what? then paulinho i say is a great shout as he's been woeful this year. lovern and balotelli should be in but soladado too... finally.. newcastle should be covered and riviere was a good call.lack of any goals has hurt them badly
He won't last at this level unless he starts scoring more though. No team can carry a striker that only scores 4 goals in 33 games. And I really don't understand what Hodgson sees in him, but being selected in the England's squad isn't his fault. So he shouldn't be included in the worst XI team just because there's more of a focus on his goalscoring record and performances.
