My Carabao Cup prediction - Wycombe 1 - 3 Bristol City. >>>>>>>> Give us your guess, have a go all...... it is just a laugh for us today..... <<<<<<<<
Tonight's referee A quick reminder that tonight's referee is Andy Davies... yes, that Andy Davies, he of the "parks standard" comment from Nigel Pearson that landed the City boss with a £5,000 fine last season. Davies has refereed three games so far this season, in the Championship and League One, issuing six yellow cards and one red, to Wigan's Joe Bennett which has since been overturned on appeal.
My son went to Uni in Wycombe so I’ve spent some time there. He played Rugby for Wycombe RFC during his time there and went to one of the football club’s games when they played the Gas as a Wycombe fan!! Akinfenwa - (spelling) - does he still play for them? The strongest man in football!!! 2-0 to City
I know the cup is unimportant and not our priority, but keeping the winning momentum going wouldn’t do us any harm.. But as RP pointed out, I don’t think we should risk our key players if we don’t need to..
Interesting line up, Tanner, Wilson Pring & Kadji starting. Subs look pretty useful too, nice to see Semenyo on the bench as well.
Goal! Goal! Wycombe Wanderers 0, Bristol City 1. Dylan Kadji (Bristol City) right footed shot from very close range to the top left corner. Assisted by Kane Wilson following a corner.
