Who is the better GK. Couldn't help noticing that following the finish of Shrek's ban, he spent the first 2 games on the bench. Is that because Franco is holding his place or is Shrek recovering from injury/illness?
I am guessing Franco hasn't disgraced himself, also with Wembley coming up Franco played in most of the games. I would think he is almost certain to play there. When you look at our goalkeepers over the last few seasons we have tended to have an older one & a youngster, this time we have two experienced goalkeepers.
I always thought Max was great, although a few errors this season. However Franco has taken his chance and I fully think he has earned the right to keep the jersey.
