Andreu scores for Rotherham, as he starts and plays 81 mins, Vadis gets the full 90 under his belt again.

Josh Murphy equalised against Derby after Johnson had put them ahead, Murphy got the full 90 as Derby won 3-1 in the end.

Turner played the whole game for Wednesday.
Jacob got an hour for Coventry.
Matthews an unused sub for Burton.
Morris played an hour for Hamilton.

Real Betis not in action until tomorrow

Nice one DH, thanks. I caught the final 20 of MK Dons v Derby and Murphy also got booked for diving... Bit harsh actually as he was definitely pushed in the box, but it was too theatrical.

To complete the weekend's roundup, Ricky was an unused sub again as Betis won 2-1.

The Rotherham Star on Andreu's goal:

Andreu sealed victory in the 64th minute with his first goal for the club in his third start since arriving on loan from Norwich City, dispossessing Stephen Gleeson and firing sweetly past Tomasz Kuszczak. “Tony is a young man who’s got in great positions since he’s joined us,” Evans said. “Today he’s not only won the ball, he’s shifted it and hit it really early. I’d said to Tony that I wanted to see a lot of what he’d done at Hamilton. Managers I know who have faced him up there said that he does things that early that goalkeepers don’t get set and defenders don’t get a minute. That’s exactly what he’s done today.”

Since Andreu and VOO joined at the end of August, Rotherham have managed to draw one, lose one and win two (having lost three and drawn one of their first four). Remarkable, then, that Rotherham have chosen to fire Steve Evans today. That might see the end of VOO on loan if the new guy doesn't want to renew it.

I thought that was an odd sacking. Especially as Rotherham's results have improved. Didn't they get rid of his number 2 as well? Weird.

Andreu and Josh got 70 and 80 mins respectively, our other championship loaned Turner played the full 90.

In league one, 90 mins for Thompson and 80 for Jacob, Matthews an unused sub.

Further afield, Morris has started for Hamilton against Celtic. Incidentally Alex Neil is at that game.

Only player not to feature is Ricky, who failed to make the bench today as Betis beat Rayo Vallecano. Not sure if that is injury related, but his action so far this season has been limited to one 30 minute sub appearance.

    Poor old Ricky,

his career is dying on it's feet. Can't even get on the bench for his loan club dearie me. Can't find anywhere online that he is injured.

Next Generation 2015: 20 of the best talents at Premier League clubs

    Benny Ashley-Seal
    Club: Norwich City
    Position: Forward
    Born: 21 November 1998

Ashley-Seal was among those to benefit from Norwich’s decision to move a number of their Under-16 squad to the Under-18 age group last season and showed little fear at that level – even moving further up to make his Under-21 debut against Tottenham Hotspur, in front of more than 10,000 supporters at Carrow Road, while still 15. Now a regular goalscorer in the Under-18 side, largely due to his speed and presence of mind in exposing defences, Ashley-Seal previously spent time with Arsenal’s academy and was in the Norwich team that defeated his old team-mates in last season’s play-offs. Norwich believe this is their best crop of young players in some years, and Ashley-Seal is one of those they see as having the potential to develop

Elliott Bennett possibly off on loan to Bristol City. They could do with some help I suppose!

Josh wins a penalty and gets an assist for MK Dons, playing 86 mins. Elliott Bennett straight into the Bristol City side last night, looks like he played as a RB or RWB. Two goals for the ageless Wilbrahamovic too.
90 mins for Turner. Andreu only an unused sub.
Jacob played the full game in a 0-0 draw. Thompson not in Swindon's squad (injury?). Matthews an unused sub.

Calton Morris had a tough afternoon apparently at Hamilton, but did force a good save, and had a goal ruled out for offside.
