I would like to see a 4-3-3 and play the Hull City way.

I’d consider switching out Doc, he’s been making poor passes for a few games now, it finally caused a goal on Saturday. I’d like to see KLP or Honeyman, closer to Eaves if it’s the same team.

Rest klp.....he was sulking about on Saturday, probably rest doc too,as much as I rate him, think he's been off lately,so give Walsh or slater a start, knowing city as we do we will probably lose to Derby and beat Fulham!!!

    Definitely rest/drop Doc.
With regards to KLP all I see is a young player (extremely gifted) getting frustrated that’s normal at his age he just shows his emotions on the pitch I’d rather that than a robot who shows **** all.

Sulking is such a lazy term. I see a talented lad who gets 2 players on him everytime he gets the ball. Must be frustrating for him chopping and changing position all game too.

I really want Allahyar to start. Would drop Smallwood Doc and Longman. Eaves with Allahyar GH in the 10. KLP and Fleming wing backs and then Slater and Walsh deeper. Same back 3 and then expecting Ingram but hopefully Baxter.

Had an odd £8 quid left in account. So stuck a fiver on. That gave me some odds boosts so stuck a quid on Greaves scoring and us winning losing and drawing. Think a few may be putting that bet on Greaves as odds have suddenly come down sharply. Will be happy if any of the 4 come up.<laugh>

While it's good to have more back up with the new signings, a downside is that I suspect at this point Shota doesn't know what his best first eleven is and it might take a while to work it out, which doesn't make for a settled side. Might not always have agreed with McCann's first team choice, but there was a degree of consistency about it, especially last season, that helped in the long term. My feeling is Shota will have us back to 4-3 -3 as soon as he can, but at the moment we still don't have a right back.

Spot on, he ended up at right back on Saturday. Very odd.

He needs to play up alongside Tom. Although for Derby there's a case for resting Eaves and going at them with pace - KLP and Sayyadmanesh.

Whatever team he picks I hope it is to play football at a pace that worries them with accurate forward passing until we are three or four up then we can pass sideways and backwards to kill it off.

We are not consistently good enough going forward. A few need a rest. Bring in Alfie Jones, Walsh, Huddlestone, and the Iranian lad (couldn't be bothered to check spelling). Put 'The Doc' (love him) Smallwood, KLP, and Longman on the bench. Don't ask me what formation that is. Who cares. Get in!

Don’t know how I feel about Derby.

A part of me wants them to go the same way as Bury, for consistency & as a warning to other clubs that cheating will be costly.

Another part feels for their supporters, ****ers & ****s, but still football people who didn’t do the cheating.

Anyway, tomorrow night **** them all. Take the piss, shout them down. It’s banter.

Yes but he did not have three new signings to take into account. And the change to 3 at the back was forced on him by the injury situation (and maybe all the chatter on here; we all like to think that we are not wasting our time writing drivel for no reason at all)
